Optimum Nutrition’s Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein ist das meistverkaufte Whey Protein* der Welt. Es liefert 24 g Whey Protein zur Unterstützung des Muskelaufbaus. Nach dem Training nutzt dein Körper Proteine, um Muskelfasern zu reparieren und wieder aufzubauen. Jede wohlschmeckende Portion enthält 24 g Premium-Whey-Protein zur Unterstützung des Muskelaufbaus sowie 5,5 g natürlich vorkommende verzweigtkettige Aminosäuren. Und all das bei nur 1 g Fett, 1,2 g Zucker und 1,6 g Kohlenhydraten (Vanilleeisgeschmack).

Geben Sie einfach einen gestrichenen Messlöffel (30 g) in 180-240 ml (6-8 oz.) kaltes Wasser und mischen, schütteln oder rühren Sie bis das Pulver komplett im Wasser gelöst ist. TIPP: Je nach Geschmack mit mehr oder weniger Wasser einstellen.
