Das Produkt liefert Creatinmonohydrat, wie es auch im Körper vorkommt. Im Muskelgewebe geht verfügbares Creatin in Phosphocreatin über.
Kreatin erhöht die körperliche Leistung bei Schnellkrafttraining im Rahmen kurzzeitiger intensiver körperlicher Betätigung.
Das Präparat ist für erwachsene, körperlich aktive Personen und Leistungssportler bestimmt.
